Who is Felix of WoodPecker Kitchen Designs?
Felix Munoz has been in the design business for over 15 years. He is very passionate about design and has made a study of it his whole life; this has gained him both degrees and experience in both the mechanical and interior design fields. Felix is particularly interested in the aesthetics of design and its technical aspects.
He initially worked in the field of mechanical design before he decided to go back to Sheridan College to receive his interior design degree. After college he joined a company that designed and installed kitchen cabinetry.
He worked for several kitchen design companies before he finally decided to start his own business with his father. Felix now works as the designer and general manager of Woodpecker Kitchen Designs. Through his years of experience and study Felix has gained expertise in aesthetic design principles and an ability to tell in exact detail the reasons why a design will or will not work.

Showcase Kitchen:
A client wanted Felix to renovate his old kitchen into a more contemporary design. The client wanted custom white cabinetry, black quartz countertops and as much storage space as possible. Woodpecker designed a kitchen with ceiling to floor cabinetry, a counter depth wine cooler, built-in refrigerator, two sinks and a white tile backplash. They also incorporated many other hidden space saving features, like drawer spacers and a super susan, which ended up creating this sleek and spacious kitchen.
